Do I need Premium to get Creator?
Yes. Active Premium makes you eligible — it doesn't guarantee a spot.
Why can't I just buy Creator?
Creator has limited spots. You apply for a spot, our team reviews you, and if approved you complete your purchase. New spots open regularly.
How does the spot flow work?
Reserve → review (you'll get a push notification, usually within ~48 hrs) → decision:
- Approved — buy within the claim window (~48 hrs) to lock it in.
- Not approved this time — you can try again later.
- Not eligible — you can't join right now.
- Released/expired — window passed; reserve a new spot anytime.
- All spots taken — full this round; check back later.
Billing & free trial?
Choose monthly or yearly (yearly shows your savings). A free trial shows on Premium only if you're eligible.
Cancel or change plans?
Manage everything in your device's subscription settings. Switches take effect at your next billing date; cancelling keeps access until the period expires.
